Ramondy Thermidor has over 20 years of healthcare leadership management experience partnering with physician scientists, setting strategic direction and vision. 

Ramondy Thermidor currently serves as the Senior Director of the Department of Neurology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Ramondy founded “A Seat at the Table Series” as a networking forum to help women of color successfully navigate the healthcare landscape and prepare for future opportunities. Ramondy co-founded two Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) at Memorial Sloan Kettering designed to forge connections between employees and provide a voice for diverse communities.

Ramondy’s commitment and support of the National Cancer Center is a personal one. She believes in the need to support diverse young researchers on their quest to cure cancer. Her board and professional affiliations reflect her passion for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, healthcare equity, access to care, education and research. Ramondy sits on the board of START Treatment and Recovery Centers, the New York Regional Chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives and Metropolitan College of New York’s Business School Advisory Committee. She is an adjunct lecturer for the MCNY Business School and previously served as Vice President of 3Ds Aftercare INC.
